Zoo Audio offers a wide variety of recording and related services: Studio recording covers everything from solo singers performing with backing tracks to bands, with projects ranging from two or three song demos to complete album recordings. Additional services available include the sourcing or creation of backing tracks. All aspects of the production process through to CD duplication can be handled. The company is a member of the Electronic Article Numbering Association, so barcodes can be obtained. Location recording: includes choirs, string quartets and other ensembles, live gigs by bands, and solo performers. Corporate: mainly voiceovers and composition/recording. Recording is direct to hard disk using an industry standard Neumann U87 microphone. The vocal booth is large enough to accommodate a number of speakers at once. Composition work has included music for short films and advertisements. The studio maintains a database of local voiceover artists. CD mastering: digital editing and processing of stereo mixes. Audio restoration: digital denoising, declicking and dehissing of recordings from a number of sources,usually for transfer to CD. CD duplication: runs of up to 200 CDRs, with on-body printing.
